Role Description The Enterprise BI Administrator is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru South. This role is responsible for administering and maintaining enterprise business intelligence platforms, including managing user access, security settings, and system configurations. The BI Administrator will design, develop, and optimize dashboards and reports, ensuring data accuracy, performance, and usability for key stakeholders. Daily activities include monitoring system health, troubleshooting issues, coordinating with database and infrastructure teams, and supporting data analytics initiatives. The role also involves collaborating with business units to understand reporting needs, implementing best practices for data governance, and continuously improving BI tools and workflows.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and Data Analytics capabilities to interpret complex data, identify trends, and support data-driven decisions.
- Candidates should possess Database Administration experience to manage, optimize, and secure databases supporting BI solutions.
- Candidates should possess Dashboard development and management skills to design effective visualizations and user-friendly reporting interfaces.
- Candidates should possess Troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve BI platform, data integrity, and performance issues efficiently.
- Experience with enterprise BI tools (such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms) and SQL proficiency is highly beneficial.
- Knowledge of data warehousing concepts, ETL processes, and data governance frameworks is advantageous.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, and work independently with minimal supervision.
