Role description
- Senior Enterprise Architect aligning business vision with Humana technology strategy and standards.
- Leads enterprise modernization and application re-architecture across legacy and web platforms.
- Drives lean enterprise architecture adoption within an agile delivery framework.
- Executes portfolio rationalization, capability mapping, and intermediate/end-state architectures.
- Mentors’ architects/teams; supports governance, non-functional needs, and “white glove” execution.
5 mandatory / preferred skills (based on JD)
- Mandatory: Enterprise architecture patterns, standards, policies, and governance execution.
- Mandatory: Cloud-native architecture + cloud platforms (IaaS/PaaS/SaaS) strategy.
- Mandatory: Full SDLC expertise (design→build→test→Day2 operations) and Agile delivery.
- Preferred: TOGAF (or similar architecture framework) familiarity/certification.
- Preferred: Cloud solution architecture certification (Azure/GCP/AWS) + EA repository tools (LeanIX/iServer).
