We are looking for experienced architectural leaders to join our technology team. These roles will drive strategic alignment, solution governance, and end-to-end design across business, application, data, integration, and infrastructure domains.
Role 1: Enterprise Architect
Job Overview
The Enterprise Architect acts as a strategic lead integrated with the Center of Excellence (C4E). You will oversee B2B product, channel, and service strategies to ensure alignment with overarching enterprise architecture standards and target states.
Key Responsibilities
- Align B2B product, channel, and service strategies across business, data, application, integration, and infrastructure domains.
- Conduct design reviews, establish guardrails, and maintain Architecture Decision Records (ADRs) and blueprints.
- Rationalize cross-program dependencies, mitigate design risks, and actively reduce architectural debt.
- Maintain capability models, maps, and value streams to connect customer experience with enabling platforms.
- Deliver decision-oriented architecture narratives and trade-off analyses to senior leadership.
- Guide Solution Architects and project teams on implementing architecture principles and reference patterns.
Key Deliverables
- Comprehensive B2B target-state architecture blueprints.
- Documented architecture principles, reference patterns, and domain-specific roadmaps.
- Solution architecture review reports, risk assessments, and maintained ADRs.
- High-Level Design (HLD) aligning operating models with security, delivery, and application standards.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- CX & Business Alignment: Direct alignment of strategic initiatives to target architecture and measurable improvement in CX metrics.
- Architecture Effectiveness: Reduction of duplicated capabilities/platforms and strict adherence to principles.
- Delivery Enablement: Reduction in design churn/rework and optimized time-to-architecture decisions.
- Portfolio Health & Adoption: Measurable reduction of technical debt and high stakeholder satisfaction/pattern reuse rates.
Role 2: Solutions Architect
Job Overview
The Solutions Architect leads technical design and execution for assigned operating model groups. You will translate business requirements into end-to-end Solution Plans, collaborate with delivery teams, and ensure adherence to enterprise guardrails.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop high-level solution blueprints and comprehensive Solution Plans covering application, integration, data architecture, and platform impact assessments.
- Perform technical assessments to estimate effort, resources, timelines, and costs.
- Co-design with cross-functional teams to align UI/UX and functional capabilities with user needs.
- Collaborate with Technical Program Managers and leads on project schedules, risk mitigation, and technical walkthroughs.
- Provide technical leadership, mentor development teams, and serve as an escalation point for complex design challenges.
- Define integration architecture diagrams, interface contracts, and continuous improvement opportunities.
Key Deliverables
- End-to-end Solution Plans and designs aligned with ePMO processes and architecture blueprints.
- Technical assessment reports detailing resource requirements, effort estimates, and costs.
- Integration Architecture Diagrams and Interface Contracts for inter-system interactions.
- Detailed Deployment, Migration, and Technical Risk Mitigation plans.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Quality & Completeness: On-time delivery of comprehensive solution designs with zero gaps against business requirements.
- Compliance: Full adherence to client architecture, design principles, security, and delivery standards.
- Risk & Delivery Management: Timely completion of reviews and proactive identification of risks, dependencies, and testing strategies.
Note: Only candidates who are willing to work in Delhi and have relevant telecom industry experience will be highly preferred.
