Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Enterprise Architect – Core Banking, based in Hyderabad with flexibility for some remote work. The Enterprise Architect will be responsible for defining, designing, and implementing core banking solutions while aligning with business and technical strategies. Key responsibilities include developing enterprise, application, business, and technical architectures to support digital transformation initiatives. The candidate will also collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure scalability, innovation, and alignment with industry best practices.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Enterprise Architecture and Solution Architecture to define and deliver cohesive and scalable frameworks
- Experience in Business Architecture for aligning business strategies with technology solutions
- Expertise in Technical Architecture and Application Architecture to design robust, secure, and efficient technological solutions
- Strong understanding of Core Banking platforms and their integration with modern technologies
- Strong analytical skills and experience with enterprise-wide digital transformation initiatives
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
- Prior experience in financial services or banking sectors is a significant advantage
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills
