Our client is looking for an experienced Enterprise Architect to define and drive the enterprise architecture vision, strategy, and governance framework. The ideal candidate will ensure alignment between business objectives and IT strategy while leading digital transformation initiatives across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Architecture Strategy & Governance
- Define and maintain the enterprise architecture vision, strategy, principles, and standards.
- Ensure architecture governance and compliance with regulatory and security standards.
- Lead architecture review boards and establish technology guardrails.
Business & IT Alignment
- Translate business strategies into architecture requirements and technology roadmaps.
- Collaborate with business leaders, IT teams, and stakeholders to align technology initiatives with business priorities.
Technology Architecture Design
- Design end-to-end architecture across business, data, application, and infrastructure domains.
- Define target-state architecture and develop transition plans for legacy systems.
Digital Transformation & Innovation
- Evaluate emerging technologies (Cloud, AI, APIs, IoT, Automation) and assess business impact.
- Drive modernization programs and enterprise-wide digital transformation initiatives.
Solution Oversight & Integration
- Provide architectural oversight for major projects and solution designs.
- Ensure interoperability and seamless integration across platforms and ecosystems.
Documentation & Communication
- Develop architecture blueprints, capability models, system maps, and data flow diagrams.
- Present architecture concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
- 10+ years of IT experience, including 4–6 years in architecture roles.
- Proven experience designing and implementing enterprise-level architecture solutions.
- Strong knowledge of architecture frameworks such as TOGAF, Zachman, FEAF.
- Experience with Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), enterprise systems, microservices, and APIs.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity, data governance, DevOps, and ITIL processes.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership capabilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- TOGAF or other relevant Enterprise Architecture certification.
- Experience leading enterprise architecture for digital transformation initiatives.
- Knowledge of business process modeling and tools like ArchiMate, Sparx EA, or similar.
- Industry exposure in manufacturing, healthcare, BFSI, or related sectors is an advantage.
