Process and Methodology definition & Implementation
- Develop and apply the Enterprise Architecture capabilities, particularly methodologies (e.g. TOGAF), IT landscape management, architecture tools (e.g. Avolution Abacus), architecture process (e.g. Architecture Reviews) and Architecture design (e.g. Architecture schemas using LucidChart)
- Develop our Enterprise Architecture blueprint for our digital ecosystem’s business domain and the associated solution areas, considering the newest technologies and performing proof-of-concepts
- Communicate and align the overarching set of architecture Group/ Regional standards, principles, and whitepapers with stakeholders
- Presents their landscape strategy to the IT executive leadership, and using collaboration builds consensus on targets.
- Develops proof-of-concept projects to validate proposed solutions
- Contribute in projects to by conducting architecture analysis and design work conforming to standards and roadmap
- Develop our Target Enterprise Architecture blueprint for our digital ecosystem’s business domain and the associated solution areas, considering the newest technologies and performing proof-of-concepts
- Identify gaps between the baseline and target architecture
- Document the resulting roadmap and potential exceptions and highlight field of actions in the future.
- Complete and maintain the company's North America application portfolio using the Architecture tools and perform a regular application lifecycle management review.
- Participate actively to the Group Enterprise Architecture instances such as Architecture Expert Teams Meeting or Technical Architecture Committee
- Establish relationships within business & IT stakeholders to understand business objectives, requirements, solution strategies and associated technology roadmaps.
Qualification:
- Master’s or bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Proficiency in English (written and verbal communication)
Experience/Competencies:
- Experience implementing and supporting at least 3 large, complex full lifecycle IT projects
- Experience in solution architecture or enterprise architecture
- Cloud architecture, APIs / Micro services architecture
- Mobile/ Web/ ERP applications
- Azure cloud platform
- Knowledge of EA modelling, architectural methodologies and frameworks (eg TOGAF etc..)
- Ability to moderate discussion, present concepts, strategies, and roadmaps, create documentation/ procedure
- Ability to apply organized, logical thinking to design as-standard-as-possible solutions addressing business challenges
- Ability to think “out-of-the-box”, identify new appropriate off-the-shelf scalable solutions, and plan their integration in an existing IT landscape
- Ability to understand cybersecurity risks, and coordinate assessment, mitigation, and remediation activities
