About this opportunity:
We are looking for an Enterprise Architect to join the Architecture & Technology Board and drive governance, roadmap alignment, and standardization across the Service Delivery solutions ecosystem. The role focuses on SD tools/platform governance, application and process alignment, and understanding telecom domain operational toolsets to ensure scalable, integrated, and future-ready solutions across Service Delivery.
What you will do:
- Govern the Service Delivery application, tools, and platform ecosystem
- Drive roadmap alignment, standardization, lifecycle management, and reuse across SD platforms
- Define architecture artifacts, integration patterns, and solution blueprints using enterprise architecture frameworks and tools
- Collaborate with Service Engineering teams to align architecture, platform strategy, and implementation approaches
- Ensure consistency across APIs, integrations, workflows, and operational processes
- Understand telecom operational ecosystems including OSS/BSS, Core, Network Management, and automation toolsets
- Contribute to reference architecture and modernization initiatives across Service Delivery domains
- Participate in Architecture & Technology Board reviews and governance processes
- Collaborate with stakeholders across Service Delivery and Ericsson organizations to align roadmaps and leverage existing initiatives
- Stay current with enterprise architecture, software engineering, and telecom transformation trends
The skills you bring:
- Proven experience in Enterprise/Solution Architecture within enterprise or telecom environments
- Strong understanding of enterprise applications, platform governance, and software architecture
- Good understanding of telecom operational ecosystems, OSS/BSS, Core, Network Management, and automation platforms
- Experience with APIs, integration patterns, microservices, and distributed systems
- Strong understanding of SDLC, platform lifecycle management, and operational workflows
- Experience with enterprise architecture frameworks and tools such as TOGAF, ArchiMate, ARIS, LeanIX, or similar
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Understanding of cloud-native architectures, DevOps, and modern engineering practices is a plus
