Enterprise Architect (ServiceNow)
We are looking for an experienced Enterprise Architect to design and govern end-to-end enterprise solutions across ServiceNow and BSS ecosystems.
Key Responsibilities:
Support design of end-to-end solutions aligned with agreed business features
Define how ServiceNow and related BSS systems interact for compliant and integrated service management
Design E2E solutions across CRM, CPQ, OMS, Billing, and Assurance
Align architecture with TMF ODA, eTOM, and Open API best practices
Govern enterprise data models, product catalogs, and system flows
Strong knowledge of ServiceNow and other ITSM/CPQ tools is mandatory
Requirements:
8+ years of relevant experience
Enterprise architecture experience in telecom domain
Strong understanding of BSS/OSS ecosystem
Expertise in ITSM & CPQ tools
