1. Enterprise Architect – Integration Platform
Role Purpose As a senior architecture leader, you will shape the strategic direction of Enterprise Integration Platform, ensuring scalable, secure, and future ready integration capabilities. You will partner across global teams to design architectures that enable faster innovation, improved data flows, and strong digital foundations.
Key Responsibilities
• Define & own the target state architecture for ETL, APIs, events, middleware, data exchange and orchestration platform.
• Establish enterprise standards, reference architectures, and governance for integration.
• Collaborate with global business, data, security, and engineering teams to ensure alignment.
• Lead architectural reviews and guide platform evolution toward modern patterns.
• Ensure all integration solutions follow best practices on security, privacy, resilience, and cost efficiency. • Mentor architects and engineering leaders; foster a culture of technical excellence & collaboration.
Requirements
• 12+ years in enterprise architecture with deep expertise in integration ecosystems.
• Strong experience with AWS Data and Devops tools, API platforms, event mesh, and microservices patterns.
• Experience with architecting at least 2 end to end integration platforms.
• Proven ability to lead cross functional teams and influence global stakeholders
