🔷 Role Purpose
To lead, govern, and optimize enterprise applications (ERP, HRMS, CRM, BI, Automation platforms) and drive digital transformation initiatives that enhance operational efficiency, strengthen internal controls, and ensure regulatory compliance in a listed organization environment.
This role will transition IT from a support function to a digital enablement and governance partner.
🔷 Key Responsibilities
1️⃣ ERP Optimization & Governance
- Drive full utilization of Farvision ERP across departments
- Lead ERP version upgrade initiatives
- Establish ERP governance framework and usage standards
- Reduce vendor dependency through internal capability development
- Conduct monthly ERP adoption and performance reviews
- Ensure accurate financial data flow to support ICFR requirements
2️⃣ HRMS & Payroll System Oversight
- Lead implementation and stabilization of new HRMS platform
- Ensure integration with ERP, payroll application, and bots
- Drive automation in Hire-to-Retire lifecycle
- Ensure payroll system stability and compliance
- Maintain payroll audit trail and restricted access governance
3️⃣ CRM & Sales Systems Governance
- Ensure CRM adoption, optimization, and governance
- Oversee CP portal and customer portal integration
- Drive automation in lead lifecycle and sales reporting
- Ensure CRM–ERP synchronization accuracy
- Strengthen revenue visibility through structured reporting
4️⃣ Digital Transformation & Automation
- Develop and maintain automation roadmap aligned to business priorities
- Prioritize initiatives based on ROI and risk mitigation
- Drive cross-functional process re-engineering
- Ensure automation logs, documentation, and control traceability
- Oversee structured UAT and deployment governance
5️⃣ BI & Data Enablement
- Define enterprise KPI framework for leadership dashboards
- Ensure ERP and CRM data integrity for analytics
- Drive dashboard standardization and report certification
- Enable data-driven decision-making culture
- Ensure controlled access to business intelligence platforms
6️⃣ Vendor & Stakeholder Management
- Manage ERP, HRMS, CRM, BI, and other application vendors
- Evaluate new product demos using structured scoring methodology
- Ensure vendor SLA adherence
- Verify vendor compliance with security and data protection standards
- Present digital roadmap and governance updates to leadership
7️⃣ IT Governance, Compliance & Control Oversight
As a listed entity, this role carries governance accountability.
- Establish and maintain overall IT Application Governance Framework
- Enforce Change Management Policy including documentation, approvals, UAT sign-offs, and version control
- Ensure system audit readiness for internal, statutory, and regulatory audits
- Own IT General Controls (ITGC) related to enterprise applications
- Logical access controls
- Change management controls
- Data integrity controls
- Oversee periodic user access review and Segregation of Duties (SoD) compliance
- Ensure activation and monitoring of audit trails across critical transactions
- Support ICFR (Internal Financial Controls over Financial Reporting) documentation and testing
- Ensure regulatory data retention compliance
- Maintain structured documentation repository for audit purposes
8️⃣ IT Commercial Governance, Contracts & Budget Management
- Maintain centralized tracker for all enterprise application contracts, licenses, subscriptions, and support agreements
- Ensure proactive renewal planning (minimum 60–90 days prior to expiry) to avoid business disruption
- Lead commercial negotiations for ERP, HRMS, CRM, BI, and automation platforms in coordination with Procurement
- Validate scope, pricing models, and change requests before contract execution
- Prevent auto-renewals without formal review and approval
- Monitor application-related IT budget vs actual expenditure on a monthly basis
- Provide quarterly cost visibility report to IT Head.
- Identify optimization opportunities (license rationalization, usage-based review, vendor consolidation)
- Validate vendor invoices against contractual SLAs and approved scope
- Ensure all contracts include data protection, cybersecurity, confidentiality, and audit clauses
- Maintain documented repository of contracts, renewals, amendments, and approval trail
- Support statutory and internal audit queries related to application spend and vendor governance
🔷 Required Experience
- 10–15 years of enterprise applications leadership experience
- Strong ERP experience (Real Estate ERP preferred)
- Experience in HRMS / Payroll system integration
- Exposure to BI and automation initiatives
- Experience handling multi-vendor ecosystem
- Experience in listed organization / regulated environment preferred
- Exposure to ITGC(IT General Control) / audit coordination preferred
