Position: Enterprise AI Lead
Location: Hyderabad
Tachyon Technologies is seeking an experienced and dynamic Enterprise AI Lead to drive and scale enterprise AI initiatives across customer engagements and internal business functions. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between business stakeholders, customers, technical teams, and leadership to identify AI opportunities, coordinate implementations, and enable successful AI adoption.
The candidate should possess strong experience in program management, product ownership, digital transformation, or enterprise technology programs with a good understanding of generative AI, AI copilots, AI agents, and workflow automation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate enterprise AI programs from discovery to deployment.
- Work closely with business users and customers to identify AI use cases and automation opportunities.
- Translate business challenges into practical AI-driven solutions.
- Coordinate with technical teams for AI solution requirements, implementation planning, and delivery.
- Support implementation of GenAI solutions, AI copilots, enterprise AI workflows, and AI agents.
- Drive AI adoption initiatives, user enablement, training, and feedback management.
- Track productivity improvements and business value realization from AI programs.
- Support customer presentations, demos, proposals, and RFP responses.
- Explain AI products, accelerators, and solution capabilities to enterprise customers.
- Ensure alignment with AI governance, security, compliance, and responsible AI practices.
- Monitor project timelines, risks, dependencies, status updates, and stakeholder communication.

- 10+ years of experience in:
- Program Management
- Product Management
- Digital Transformation
- Enterprise Technology Consulting
- Business Consulting
- Prior experience working as a Product Owner is preferred.
- Strong understanding of enterprise workflows and business processes.
- Good knowledge of:
- Generative AI
- AI Copilots
- AI Automation
- Enterprise AI Use Cases
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience in customer-facing roles, pre-sales, and proposal management.
- Ability to convert business requirements into functional and technical solution requirements.
