Job Summary

We are seeking a high-performing enterprise account executive to drive strategic growth by acquiring and expanding relationships with large healthcare organizations, multi-location clinics, hospitals, health systems, and enterprise healthcare groups.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in enterprise SaaS sales, consultative selling, and navigating complex buying cycles with multiple stakeholders. You will be responsible for owning the full sales cycle, building executive-level relationships, and positioning VoxyHealth as the preferred AI patient engagement and workflow automation partner.
Key Responsibilities
Own the full enterprise sales cycle from prospecting to close for high-value accounts.
Identify, engage, and convert health plans, hospitals, health systems, enterprise clinics, and healthcare networks.
Build relationships with C-level executives, operations leaders, IT heads, and decision-makers.
Conduct discovery sessions to understand operational challenges and patient engagement gaps.
Deliver compelling product demos and customized business value presentations.
Develop account strategies to penetrate target organizations and expand footprint.
Manage complex procurement, legal, security, and compliance discussions.
Collaborate with SDR, marketing, product, and customer success teams to accelerate revenue growth.
Forecast pipeline accurately and maintain CRM hygiene.
Negotiate contracts and close multi-year enterprise agreements.
Stay informed on healthcare market trends, competitive positioning, and buyer needs.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise sales, SaaS sales, or B2B technology sales.
- Experience selling technology solutions to US markets
- Proven track record of closing large ACV deals and exceeding quota.
- Experience managing long and complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong executive presence, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to sell business outcomes and ROI-driven solutions.
- Experience using CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Willing to work in the US time zone. On site in Chennai.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience selling into healthcare providers, hospitals, health systems, or healthcare enterprises.
- Knowledge of AI, workflow automation, patient engagement, or healthcare operations technology.
- Familiarity with HIPAA, healthcare compliance, or enterprise procurement processes.
- Existing networks within healthcare leadership circles is a plus.
