Role
- As the Enterprise Accounts Lead, you will own the onboarding, activation, engagement, and long-term success of Nucleo’s institutional and enterprise users.
- You will work directly with Family Offices & Wealth Managers primarily, Accelerators, and strategic ecosystem partners to ensure they successfully adopt and engage with the platform.
- This role combines relationship management, onboarding ownership, stakeholder coordination, operational execution, account growth, and institutional engagement.
- You will work closely with founders and leadership and will be expected to operate with a high degree of ownership and accountability from day one.
Responsibilities
Institutional Onboarding and Activation
- Own the end-to-end onboarding journey for enterprise and institutional accounts
- Coordinate onboarding workflows, stakeholder alignment, documentation, and activation processes
- Ensure accounts are successfully integrated into platform workflows and operations
Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary relationship owner for assigned institutional accounts
- Build trusted long-term relationships with investors, operators, and ecosystem stakeholders
- Maintain strong communication rhythms and ensure high responsiveness across accounts
Account Engagement and Expansion
- Drive ongoing platform engagement and usage across enterprise accounts
- Identify opportunities to deepen relationships and expand account activity
- Ensure institutional users continue deriving value from the platform over time
Cross Functional Execution
- Work closely with founders, product, operations, and internal teams to improve onboarding and account workflows
- Bring user feedback, operational bottlenecks, and ecosystem insights into internal discussions

- Institutional accounts successfully onboarded and activated
- Enterprise account engagement and platform adoption
- Relationship retention and account expansion
- Response time and stakeholder communication quality
- Institutional account health and activity levels
- Operational turnaround times across onboarding and activation workflows

- Contribution toward enterprise revenue growth and account expansion opportunities
Preferred Background
- 3–6 years of experience in Enterprise Account Management, Customer Success, Institutional Operations, WealthTech, FinTech, Enterprise SaaS, or Investor Relations
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to independently manage sophisticated stakeholders and long-term relationships
- High ownership mindset with comfort operating in ambiguity and fast-changing environments
- Structured execution and operational discipline
- Strong follow-through and responsiveness
- Genuine interest in startups, investing, and private markets
