About the Role: We are looking for an experienced Enterprise/B2B Channel Manager to drive business growth through a strong partner ecosystem, including SME resellers, enterprise distributors, and solution partners. The role involves managing indirect sales for leased lines, broadband, and enterprise connectivity solutions, ensuring achievement of revenue, ARPU, and market expansion targets. This position requires strong business acumen, deep understanding of B2B telecom distribution models, and proven expertise in building and nurturing channel partnerships.
Role Description
- Build strategic relationship with key decision makers in the accounts - Middle and Senior management, including CXOs
- Has relevant experience in B2B Sales (minimum 4yrs)
- Driving revenue enhancement in the accounts though effective account management, along-with retention of the existing revenue
- Should have experience in solution selling and drive new product penetration in emerging markets.
- Tap new customers through engagements and drive month on month incremental sales.
- Co-ordinate with the cross functional teams, both internally (Service Delivery, Billing, etc) and externally (Partners, Vendors, Clients, etc) to ensure business target achievements and meeting customer expectations on service delivery.
- Ensure the account business target achievement on: Order booking, Revenues, Collections, New Account identification and Churn control.
- Knowledge about the telecom products like ILL, Broadband, Security & Managed services will be an advantage.
