Job Title: Account Manager – US Market (Night Shift)
Location: Ahmedabad
Shift: Night Shift (US Time Zones)
Salary: Up to ₹25 LPA
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Account Manager to handle and grow client relationships in the US market. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in managing international accounts, excellent communication skills, and the ability to drive client satisfaction and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and nurture relationships with US-based clients
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts
- Understand client requirements and ensure timely delivery of services
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of projects
- Monitor account performance, client satisfaction, and retention
- Handle client escalations and provide effective resolutions
- Prepare reports, presentations, and account reviews
Requirements
- 3–8 years of experience in Account Management / Client Servicing
- Proven experience handling US or international clients
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work in night shifts (US time zones)
- Experience in IT services / SaaS / consulting (preferred)
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA or relevant degree
- Experience in managing key or enterprise accounts
- Exposure to CRM tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.
