We are hiring experienced enterprise sellers to close mid to large deals with Indian and global company accounts. You will sell Audio Visual Systems, Computer Networking, Unified Communication (Telephony Systems/EPABXs), Contact Center Solutions, Video Surveillance and Access Control solutions to large enterprises and government institutions.
What you will do
· Own the full sales cycle: prospect, qualify, solutioning with pre‑sales, proposal, negotiation and closing.
· Translate real business problems into communication, collaboration, AV and security solutions that executives can act on.
· Open doors and build strong relationships with IT Heads, CIO/CTO, Admin/Facility Heads and CXO stakeholders.
· Navigate multi-threaded, multi-location deals with multiple decision makers and longer sales cycles.
· Work closely with delivery & project teams to ensure smooth handover and successful implementation.
You should apply if you:
· Have 3–10 years of B2B enterprise sales experience in IT/ Telecom/ AV/ Security/ Networking.
· Have sold UC/Telephony, Contact Center, AV Integration, Networking, CCTV and/or Access Control into enterprise or government accounts.
· Know how to reach and present to IT Heads, VPs and C‑Level decision makers and manage complex stakeholder groups.
· Have a proven track record of closing high-value deals (₹25L+ or equivalent) and consistently meeting or beating targets.
· Are comfortable using CRM, MS Office, video meetings and email/ IM.
