About the role
The Agile Delivery Manager will ensure the effective delivery of digital products and services, providing leadership and direction to agile teams to deliver strategic priorities and transform ways of working. Key responsibilities include:
- Drive the agile delivery of cross-functional, digital initiatives and transformation programs
- Lead and coach agile teams, ensuring they are working in an efficient and effective manner
- Implement and embed agile practices, processes and governance across the organisation
- Manage dependencies, risks and issues, escalating where required to unblock progress
- Provide visibility and transparency on program status and performance through reporting and stakeholder management
