Position Overview
Enseo’s Sales Representative is responsible for contributing to company goals for profitability, market share, and customer satisfaction within an assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively manage account base in assigned territory with focus on growing sales
- Research territory to identify prospects and key decision makers
- Develop, maintain and manage strong customer relationships
- Communicate with customers to explain specific offers as defined by sales management
- Provide exceptional customer experience, assisting customers in identifying product solutions to address needs
- Generate accurate and complete sales quotes
- Help write and send new emails customized to customers based on offers
- Help write and execute call scripts customized to customers based on offers
- Set virtual appointments and perform presentations and product demos
- Update and save lead notes in CRM
- Gain full understanding of Enseo products and services
- Performs other duties as assigned
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES:
- Understanding of inside sales methodologies
- Hotel processes and technology.
- Familiar with hotel brands (like Marriott, Hilton, etc.).
- Proficiency in all Microsoft Office Suite programs (Excel, PowerPoint and Word).
- Ability to pursue leads via calls and emails
- Function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment
- Use independent judgment in resolving various issues
- Collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Motivated self-starter, persistence in lead generation
- Excellent active listening skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Organization of time to meet deadlines
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- 1-3 years of experience in sales
- Bachelor’s degree in sales, communications or equivalent work experience
- Experience with technology solution sales
- Experience in the hospitality industry
