Role Description
This is a full-time, role for an Enrollment Specialist The Enrollment Specialist will be responsible for guiding potential clients through the program’s onboarding process, explaining program benefits, addressing inquiries, and ultimately ensuring a smooth and supportive enrollment experience. The role also involves maintaining accurate records, following up with leads, and collaborating with team members to optimize enrollment strategies.
Qualifications
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- Ability to explain services effectively and guide clients through decision-making processes
- Experience in client engagement, follow-ups, and building professional relationships
- Basic proficiency in using email, customer relationship management (CRM) tools, and other digital tools
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
- Experience in healthcare or wellness sectors is a plus
