Notion Systems Expert Needed to Build Custom CRM & Project Management System

We are looking for an experienced Notion expert to design and build a custom CRM and project management system for our education-focused company, Enrich Schools. The system will need to handle client management, sales tracking, project tracking, supplier coordination, and feedback collection—all within a well-organised and automated Notion workspace. Project Scope: You will be responsible for: Building structured databases for Clients, Contacts, Sales/Leads, Projects, Suppliers, and Feedback Creating relationships between databases to streamline workflows Setting up dashboards for high-level visibility and reporting Automating workflows (e.g., triggering tasks when a contract is signed, sending feedback requests) Developing views and filters (Kanban for tasks, Table for projects, Calendar for bookings) Ensuring ease of use for our internal team Ideal Candidate: Strong expertise in Notion databases, relations, and automation Experience building CRM and project management systems in Notion Knowledge of Zapier or Make.com for automation (preferred but not required) Attention to detail and ability to optimise for efficiency Strong communication skills and ability to explain the setup to our team Deliverables: Fully built and functioning Notion system Clear documentation on how everything works One to two training sessions (live call or recorded videos) to onboard our team
