About the role

The Administrative Assistant role is essential in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations within the department. The position demands an organized, detail-oriented individual capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment. Job Responsibilities: Schedule meetings and send timely reminders to staff Organize departmental files and coordinate internal events Manage communications, arrange travel, and handle office supply requisitions Welcome and assist department visitors professionally Track staff attendance and follow up on leave approvals and resumptions Update HRMS systems with expense claims and employee information Coordinate with site managers for follow-up on customer complaints Required Qualifications: Completed secondary education (12th grade) Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar administrative role Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Strong interpersonal and communication skills Proficiency in English and Arabic is preferred
