At Eni, we are looking for a Procurement & Organisation Officer within Eni International B.V. in Amsterdam. You will be responsible for managing activities related to procurement and organizational matters, ultimately ensuring that all of such activities are carried out effectively and in line with Eni processes.

Main responsibilities:


  • Oversee the vendor management process, ensuring that vendor lists are comprehensive, up-to-date and qualified to meet the requirements of Eni International.
  • Oversee the procurement planning process in relation to clarifying the needs and objectives of the requesting unit and translating these to potential suppliers.
  • Ensure that the procurement process is managed in line with Eni regulations, including the planning, bid requests, contract award, and post-award contract management phases.
  • Oversee the feedback management process, ensuring regular feedback on the performance and conduct of vendors.
  • Complete quarterly reporting activities related to the situation of all contracts, as well as yearly reporting to give an update on the implementation of Management System Guidelines and how these have been cascaded from HQ to Eni International and its Dutch subsidiaries.
  • Proactively suggest improvements or changes to existing processes within the procurement and organization division.


Skills and experience required:


  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Previous experience in a similar procurement role, or other relevant experience.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft 365, including Excel.
  • Strong working level of English and Dutch (knowledge of Italian would be a plus).
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a proactive mindset.
