Enhancements Lead
Position Details
- Strong knowledge of SDLC activities, especially design, with ability to derive business objectives and requirements with the client
- Solution oriented and growth mindset
- Build relationships with both client and Deloitte teams
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in multi-stakeholder environment
- Coach team members and grow their skills in functional design
- Strong knowledge of Integrated Eligibility solutions with ability to conduct detailed system impact analysis Lead requirements and design development of Integrated Eligibility system enhancements with the client Lead a team of analysts to own delivery of enhancements from design to implementation (coordinate with dev and test teams in USI and onsite) Manage development of LOE for enhancements Identify key business objectives for enhancements to make sure solution design delivers on those objectives Lead impact analysis of new changes to existing functionality For complex and large enhancements, plan and conduct requirements and design sessions with state Manage development of quality design documentation to deliver end to end solution design Requirements and Design documents, Team Work Plans, Detailed solution workflows.
