Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled and passionate English Trainer to improve candidates’ spoken and written English communication skills. The trainer will conduct engaging sessions, assess learner progress, and help students/professionals build confidence in grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and overall communication
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct English language training sessions for students, employees, or job seekers
- Teach spoken English, grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and communication skills
- Prepare lesson plans, study materials, assignments, and assessments
- Evaluate learners through tests, activities, and presentations
- Provide individual feedback and mentoring for improvement
- Organize group discussions, mock interviews, and public speaking activities
- Track attendance and maintain training reports
- Customize training modules based on learner requirements
- Encourage interactive and practical learning methods
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or related field
- Excellent spoken and written English skills
- Strong presentation and classroom management abilities
- Knowledge of grammar, phonetics, and communication techniques
- Ability to motivate and engage learners
- Proficiency in MS Office and online teaching tools (if applicable)
Preferred Qualifications
- Certification in English training, IELTS, TOEFL, or TESOL
- Prior experience in teaching/training
- Experience in corporate training or soft skills training
Experience
- Min 2 Year Experience required
