Role Description
We are looking for a dedicated English Tutor for a full-time, on-site position located in Bengaluru. Responsibilities include teaching English language, grammar, and communication skills to students, conducting engaging tutoring sessions, and developing personalized learning plans. The role requires offering tailored support to meet individual learning needs and continuously assessing students’ progress.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in English Teaching and Tutoring with a proven ability to engage students effectively
- Expertise in English Grammar and strong instructional skills
- Exceptional Communication skills for conveying concepts clearly and fostering positive learning environments
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet diverse learning styles and needs
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, or a related field (preferred)
- Experience with online tutoring tools is a plus
- Patience, empathy, and enthusiasm for student success
