Role Summary :
Sanuva Academy is looking for a passionate English Trainer who can help students and working professionals improve their spoken English, communication skills, and confidence. The trainer will be responsible for delivering engaging training sessions that prepare students for interviews, workplace communication, and career growth.
Success in this role means helping students speak confidently, communicate effectively, and become job-ready professionals. This role plays a key part in Sanuva Academy’s mission to develop career-ready individuals with strong communication and professional skills.
Responsibilities
· Conduct training sessions on spoken English, communication skills, and professional communication
· Help students improve fluency, pronunciation, vocabulary, and grammar
· Train students to communicate confidently in interviews, group discussions, and presentations
· Design and deliver interactive activities, role-plays, and speaking exercises
· Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback for improvement
· Encourage a supportive and engaging learning environment for students
· Collaborate with the academy team to continuously improve training methods and course outcomes
Qualifications
· Strong verbal and written English communication skills
· Excellent presentation and teaching abilities
· Ability to train and engage students from different backgrounds
· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in English, Communication, or a related field
· Previous experience in spoken English training, soft skills training, or teaching is preferred
· Passion for teaching, mentoring, and helping students grow professionally
