Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an English Trainer located in Vishakhapatnam. The English Trainer will be responsible for delivering engaging and effective language lessons, designing lesson plans, and tailoring teaching strategies to meet the diverse needs of learners. Additional responsibilities include assessing student progress, preparing educational resources, and providing constructive feedback to support continuous improvement. Interaction with students will foster improved language skills, comprehension, and communication abilities.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in English Teaching, Language Teaching, and general Teaching methodologies.
- Practical experience in Education and curriculum design to address diverse learning needs.
- Strong Writing skills that can guide students in improving their written communication.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage and inspire diverse groups of learners.
- Ability to adapt to a classroom setting and manage a variety of group dynamics effectively.
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, or a related field is preferred.
- Certifications in teaching English or relevant education programs (such as TEFL, TESOL) are an advantage.
