Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Delhi for an English Teacher (TGT) at Shri Ram Shiksha Mandir Sr. Sec School. The English Teacher will be responsible for preparing and delivering engaging English lessons, creating lesson plans, and assessing student progress. Additional responsibilities include fostering communication skills, promoting active participation, and aligning teaching methodologies with the institution's vibrant and student-centered pedagogical practices. Maintaining records of student performance and collaborating with other faculty members to enhance the learning experience will also be key duties.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in English Teaching and the ability to effectively communicate concepts to students.
• Experience in Lesson Planning and developing engaging educational content.
• Strong foundation in Education principles, with a focus on student development and learning strategies.
• Excellent Communication and Teaching skills to motivate and inspire students.
• Bachelors degree in English, Education, or a related field

Experience

• Minimum 3-4 Years of teaching experience in Delhi NCR
