- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in English (B.A./M.A.) with a strong academic background in language and literature.
- Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) qualification from a recognized institution.
- 2–3 years of proven teaching experience in a school setting, preferably in a K–12 environment.
- Demonstrated ability to design and deliver effective, student-centered instruction.
- Strong command of the English language, including grammar, vocabulary, and literary analysis.
