Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an English Teacher, based in Bengaluru South. The English Teacher will be responsible for designing and delivering engaging lessons to students, fostering a love for language and literature. Responsibilities include developing lesson plans, delivering interactive teaching sessions, assessing student progress, and creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment. Collaboration with colleagues, engagement with parents, and participation in school events are also key aspects of this role.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in English Teaching and strong understanding of educational methodologies
• Skill in Lesson Planning and developing structured, effective curricula
• Experience in Teaching with a focus on fostering student engagement and language proficiency
• Strong Communication skills and ability to connect with students and colleagues effectively
• Creativity, adaptability, and passion for teaching
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree in English.
• Knowledge of modern teaching technologies and instructional tools
• Experience in culturally diverse or inclusive educational environments is highly valued
