Requirements


Requirements:

• Post Graduate degree in English (MA) with a minimum of 55% marks.
  
• Valid B.Ed or D.Ed qualification from a recognized university/institution.
  
• 3–5 years of proven teaching experience in a formal educational setting, preferably in secondary or senior secondary schools.
  
• Strong command of the English language, including grammar, vocabulary, and literary analysis.
  
• Proficiency in using digital tools and learning management systems (LMS) for lesson delivery and assessment.
  
• Demonstrated ability to design learner-centered instruction and adapt to diverse learning styles.
  
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and classroom management skills.
  
• Commitment to student well-being, academic integrity, and continuous professional growth.
