Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an English Teacher at Orchids The International School, located in Bengaluru East. The candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging and effective English lessons to primary and secondary school students. Key responsibilities include planning and delivering lessons, assessing student progress, fostering a supportive learning environment, and collaborating with colleagues to improve educational outcomes. The teacher will also ensure proper communication with parents regarding student performance and participate in school activities as required.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in English Teaching and related Education practices
- Experience in Lesson Planning and Teaching methodologies
- Strong Communication skills for interaction with students, parents, and colleagues
- Professional teaching qualifications and certifications (e.g., B.Ed., M.Ed., or equivalent)
- Ability to adapt to a school environment and support students of varying learning levels
- Previous experience in teaching primary and secondary school students is preferred
