Role Description
This full-time, on-site role is based in Kolhapur, Maharashtra. The English Teacher will be responsible for planning and delivering Cambridge AS/A Level and IBDP English lessons, fostering a supportive and engaging learning environment. Responsibilities include preparing lesson plans, evaluating student progress, and employing innovative teaching techniques to meet diverse learning needs. The teacher will also contribute to curriculum development and participate in extracurricular and school community activities, inspiring students to achieve their academic and personal best.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in English Teaching and a strong foundation in the principles of Education
- Skills in Lesson Planning and Teaching to deliver engaging and effective curricula
- Exceptional Communication skills to foster collaboration and support student development
- Proven experience with IBDP and Cambridge curricula is highly preferred
- Ability to mentor students in academic and personal growth
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in English, Education, or a related field
- Teaching certification or equivalent qualification is an advantage
- A passion for shaping confident and compassionate learners
