Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Sambalpur for an English Teacher. The English Teacher will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging lessons, fostering language development, assessing student progress, and promoting comprehensive learning experiences. The role involves preparing and delivering lesson plans, managing classroom activities, evaluating student performance, and mentoring students to improve their language proficiency and overall academic skills. Collaboration with colleagues to develop and implement innovative teaching practices is also expected.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in English Teaching, including grammar, vocabulary, and literature
- Experience in Lesson Planning and curriculum development
- Strong skills in Education and Teaching, with the ability to manage students effectively
- Excellent Communication skills to foster effective interaction with students, colleagues, and parents
- Patience, adaptability, and a passion for teaching young learners
- Relevant teaching certifications or a degree in English, Education, or related field
- Previous teaching experience is preferred but not mandatory
