Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an English Teacher based in New Delhi. The English Teacher will be responsible for creating and delivering effective lesson plans tailored to students' learning needs. Daily responsibilities include teaching English communication skills, providing constructive feedback, assessing progress, and fostering an engaging learning environment to ensure student success. The role also involves mentoring students to enhance their language proficiency and prepare them for professional opportunities in aviation and hospitality.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Spoken English Teaching, Education, and Teaching methodologies.
- Strong skills in Lesson Planning and designing effective teaching strategies.
- Exceptional Communication skills to engage students and explain concepts clearly.
- Ability to positively mentor and motivate learners in a classroom setting.
- Prior experience in teaching English as a second language or training professionals is an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in Education, English, or a related field. A teaching certification is a plus.
- Passion for education and the ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
