Role Description The English Teacher role is a full-time, on-site position based in Patna. The teacher will plan and deliver engaging English lessons for students in coaching classes and, when required, in home tuition settings. Daily responsibilities include preparing lesson plans, teaching grammar, vocabulary, reading, and writing skills, and adapting instruction to different age groups and proficiency levels. The teacher will assess student progress through assignments and tests, provide constructive feedback, and maintain accurate records of performance. The role also involves communicating regularly with parents or guardians, collaborating with other educators, and creating a supportive, inclusive classroom environment.
Qualifications
- Strong English Teaching and Teaching skills, with the ability to explain concepts clearly and adapt methods to different learners.
- Proficiency in Lesson Planning and Education practices, including organizing structured, age-appropriate learning activities.
- Excellent Communication skills for interacting effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience as an English teacher or tutor in a coaching or school environment is an advantage.
- Ability to manage classrooms effectively and maintain a respectful, inclusive learning atmosphere.
- Strong organizational skills, punctuality, and reliability in a full-time, on-site setting in Patna.
