Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an English Teacher at Birla International School Belagavi in Belagavi. The English Teacher will be responsible for developing and delivering engaging lesson plans, conducting classroom instruction, and fostering a supportive learning environment. Additional responsibilities include assessing student performance, providing constructive feedback, and participating in faculty meetings and school activities to ensure the overall development of students.
Qualifications
- Excellent skills in English Language Teaching, including grammar, literature, and communication
- Experience in lesson planning, classroom management, and student engagement
- Proficiency in using digital tools and technology for teaching and assessment
- Ability to encourage creativity, critical thinking, and collaborative learning
- Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for mentoring and inspiring students
- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, or a related field
- Teaching certification and relevant teaching experience would be highly advantageous
