Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an English Teacher and Trainer, based in Sitarganj. The individual in this position will develop and implement lesson plans, teach English to students or trainees, and assess their learning progress. Responsibilities also include providing guidance on effective communication and fostering an engaging and interactive learning environment while adhering to educational best practices.
Qualifications
- Expertise in English Teaching and Teaching methodologies
- Proficiency in Lesson Planning and advancing Education strategies
- Strong Communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey concepts and ideas
- Previous experience in classroom or training environments
- Bachelor's degree in English, Education, or related field (Master’s degree is a plus)
- Certification in teaching or training (e.g., TESOL, TEFL, or relevant state/national accreditation) is preferred
- Enthusiasm for teaching and mentorship, with a student-focused mindset
