Role Description
We are looking for dedicated SSC & RRB Exams Teachers to join our team on a contract basis. This fully remote role involves delivering high-quality instructional sessions to students preparing for SSC and RRB exams. Teachers will design lesson plans, provide personalized support, and utilize communication and teaching techniques to ensure comprehensive understanding of complex topics. Collaboration with the Filo team for training and feedback may also form part of your responsibilities.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Lesson Planning and Education for effective curriculum development.
- Proficiency in Teaching and Training students for competitive exams like SSC and RRB.
- Excellent Communication skills to effectively explain concepts and address student concerns.
- Experience in mentoring or training in educational fields is advantageous.
- Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field preferred; relevant teaching certifications are an added advantage.
