Role Description
This is a contract role for an English Spoken & Personality Development Educator. The educator will teach spoken English and conduct sessions aimed at enhancing personal confidence and communication skills. Responsibilities also include designing training modules, conducting research to develop engaging content, and providing feedback to support learners’ growth. The role is hybrid, based in Gurugram, with the flexibility of partial remote work.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Personality Development and Training techniques to guide learners effectively
- Strong ability in Research and Writing to develop dynamic and engaging session content
- Familiarity with Social Media platforms for promoting coursework or engaging with learners
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in teaching or training in language or personal development is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in English, Education, Communications, or a related field
- Passion for empowering individuals and promoting personal growth
