Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an English Specialist at Frankfinn’s Surat location. The role involves conducting English language training sessions with a focus on improving learners’ communication skills, assisting in translation needs, and delivering personalized training to meet individual learner requirements. Additionally, the English Specialist will guide students to enhance their customer service abilities and prepare them for potential careers in the aviation and hospitality sectors.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in English Teaching with excellent Communication skills
- Knowledge and experience in Translation and Training methodologies
- Experience in guiding students and providing high-quality Customer Service support
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse learner groups
- Relevant certifications (BA Literature or MA Literature is must) and background in English, Education, or Linguistics preferred
- Experience with at least 10+ years will be preferred
