Role Description

This is a full-time, remote role for an English Speaking Trainer. The trainer will be responsible for planning and delivering high-quality English language training sessions, creating effective lesson plans, developing educational materials, and engaging learners in a dynamic and interactive manner. The role also involves assessing learner progress, providing constructive feedback, and ensuring the individual needs of participants are met through personalized coaching. Collaboration with the Selfup community team to enhance course offerings and maintain high training standards will be an integral part of this role.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in English Teaching, and experience in Language Teaching
• Strong Teaching and Educational skills, with an ability to design and deliver effective learning experiences
• Excellent Writing skills for developing engaging and comprehensive learning materials
• Ability to adapt to a remote working environment and deliver classes virtually
• Experience with online teaching tools and platforms is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Education, English, Linguistics, or a related field
• Passion for teaching and helping learners develop their language skills
