Virtual Assistant (Remote)
We need someone who genuinely enjoys talking to people and doesn't mind being behind the scenes making things run smoothly.
The role:
Hours: 7:00 PM – 2:00 AM IST (night shift, aligned with US hours)
Here's what you'll be doing day-to-day:
- Responding to customer queries over call , email/chat
- Managing incoming messages and keeping things organised
- Basic computer tasks data entry, tracking, admin work
- Following up on open issues so nothing falls through the cracks
What I'm looking for:
- Fluent English, written and spoken. You should be comfortable enough to write on your own, not just copy-paste templates or use AI
- Someone who's reliable and actually shows up. This matters more than experience
- Comfortable working independently during night shift hours
- A decent laptop and stable internet connection
Prior experience in customer support is a plus, but not a dealbreaker if you're sharp and willing to learn.
This is fully remote. No commute, no office politics , just focused work and clear expectations.
