Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an English Second Language Teacher specializing in IELTS, PTE, and OTE training. Based in Kochi, this role combines in-person and remote teaching responsibilities. Key duties include delivering engaging and effective English lessons, developing lesson plans tailored to student needs, training students for language proficiency tests (IELTS/PTE/OTE), and tracking their progress to help them achieve their desired scores. The teacher will create a supportive learning environment and employ innovative teaching methods to inspire and motivate students.

Qualifications

• Expertise in English Teaching and Teaching English as a Foreign Language
• Must have expertise in spoken Malayalam language
• Proven experience in IELTS and PTE Coaching
• Skills in designing and implementing effective Lesson Plans
• Strong teaching abilities with the capability to cater to diverse learning needs
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A relevant certification (TESOL, TEFL, CELTA) is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field
• Experience with online teaching platforms is a plus
• Ability to manage hybrid teaching models effectively
