Role Description
The Teacher role at FEA is a full-time, on-site position based near Aligarh or Chandause . The Teacher will be responsible for delivering engaging lessons, creating and implementing lesson plans, training students in English, non-cognitive, and digital skills, and fostering a productive and ethical mindset. They will guide, support, and motivate students to adopt lifelong learning habits while assisting in their overall academic and personal development.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Lesson Planning and Education
- Graduation in any subject
- Having own two wheeler
- Ready to join 45 to 90 days training in Lucknow
- Proficiency in Teaching and Training methodologies
- Excellent Communication skills and the ability to connect effectively with students
- Ability to motivate and guide youth towards their career and personal development goals
- Flexibility and adaptability to work within diverse learning environments
- Relevant experience or background in education or teaching is preferred
- A passion for creating social impact through education
