Role Description
This is a part-time remote role for an English Second Language Instructor. Responsibilities include designing and delivering engaging lessons focused on English language acquisition, preparing course materials, assisting students in improving their English communication skills, and providing feedback to help them achieve their language goals. The instructor will adapt teaching methods for individual or group settings while ensuring a supportive and interactive learning environment.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in English Teaching, Teaching English as a Foreign Language, and familiarity with international English exams.
- Experience in Teaching and Curriculum Development with a focus on creating engaging and adaptive lesson plans.
- Understanding of Linguistics and language acquisition processes to better support student learning.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to foster an inclusive and motivating learning environment.
- Flexibility to teach in both individual and group settings and adapt to remote teaching platforms.
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, or related fields. A certification in ESL/TEFL/TESOL is preferred but not mandatory.
