Role Description
This is a part-time, remote role for an English Online Mentor located in Bengaluru. The mentor will be responsible for facilitating interactive English sessions focused on improving students' communication, reading, writing, and language skills. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting live and engaging virtual classes, providing individualized feedback, and monitoring progress. The mentor will also actively collaborate with the curriculum team to refine teaching methods and materials.
Qualifications
- Strong English language skills, including proficiency in Communication, Grammar, and Vocabulary
- Experience in Teaching, Mentoring, or Training, particularly with students aged 5 to 17
- Familiarity with interactive teaching techniques and engaging instructional design
- Ability to create detailed lesson plans and provide constructive feedback
- Technological proficiency, including experience using online teaching tools or video conferencing platforms
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Bachelor's or higher degree in English, Education, or a related field
- Experience in ed-tech or working in student-centric environments is a plus
