Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role, for an English Mentor anywhere around Tamil Nadu. The English Mentor will be responsible for training students to develop their communication skills, conducting interactive sessions to improve their spoken and written English, and providing feedback to help them build confidence. The role also includes mentoring students on interview preparation, resume writing, and professional etiquette to enhance their employability.
Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in English with excellent spoken and written communication skills
- Experience in training, mentoring, or teaching English language skills
- Ability to design interactive learning sessions and customize content based on student needs
- Knowledge of soft skills development, interview preparation, and resume-building techniques
- Passion for helping students succeed in their career aspirations
- Previous experience in education or skill development is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, Communication, or a related field
