📢 We’re Hiring: English Literature Faculty (ISC | CBSE | State Board – 11th & 12th)
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced English Literature Faculty to deliver structured, engaging, and concept-driven lectures for senior secondary students. The ideal candidate should have strong subject expertise and the ability to simplify complex literary concepts into clear, student-friendly explanations.
This role requires a professional who is confident teaching in front of the camera and can create impactful learning experiences through well-planned content, storytelling, and interactive delivery. The faculty will be responsible for recording lectures in our studio environment for our EdTech platform, ensuring high-quality and engaging educational content.
📍 Location: On-site – Vasai East, Mumbai
🧠 Experience: 4–5 years
💰 Salary: Hourly basis (depends on teaching skills)
🎯 Key Responsibilities:
* Teach English Literature to Class 11th & 12th students with strong conceptual clarity
* Simplify poetry, prose, and drama in a structured and engaging way
* Deliver high-impact lectures that keep students attentive throughout
* Create lesson plans and well-structured content flow
* Record lectures in front of the camera for our learning platform
