Job Summary
INSD – School of Design and Luxury is looking for an experienced and skilled English Language Trainer with 8–10 years of experience in teaching and training college students. The ideal candidate should be capable of teaching students aged 18–25 years and helping them improve their English fluency, grammar, vocabulary, and professional communication skills.
- Conduct English language and spoken English training sessions for students aged 18–25 years.
- Improve students’ spoken English, grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and fluency.
- Develop students’ confidence in everyday and professional communication.
- Conduct interactive activities, role-plays, presentations, and group discussions.
- Train students in professional conversations and workplace communication.
- Prepare structured lesson plans, assignments, and practical exercises.
- Assess students’ progress and provide individual feedback.
- Adapt teaching methods according to students’ language proficiency and learning needs.
Required Skills
- 8–10 years of experience in English language teaching or communication training.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English.
- Experience teaching college students or young adults, preferably aged 18–25.
- Strong classroom management and presentation skills.
- Ability to make English learning engaging, practical, and student-friendly.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build students’ confidence.
